Nurturing Families, Through Every Stage

About Me

I’m Cristina Bierce, FNP-BC, IBCLC, and the founder of Milk & More Wellness. With more than 10 years of nursing experience and nearly 5 years as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood.

My background includes working as a Labor & Delivery nurse, Postpartum nurse, and Birth Assistant in hospitals, birth centers and home birth settings. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and joys that come with welcoming a new baby.

At Milk & More Wellness, I combine my background as a Family Nurse Practitioner with my lactation expertise to offer thoughtful, compassionate care. I believe every family deserves support that meets them where they are—whether that’s troubleshooting feeding challenges, building confidence, or simply having someone to walk alongside them in those early days of parenthood.
